Experience the New Canopy Walk Seberang Ara
One of the newest attractions in Taman Negara Kuala Tahan is the Canopy Walk Seberang Ara, officially reopened on 22 June 2026.
Highlights:
🌿 The second canopy walkway in Taman Negara
🌿 Approximately 40 metres above the forest floor
🌿 Around 1.1 km (approximately 980 metres) in length
🌿 Spectacular views of the tropical rainforest canopy
Walking high above the rainforest offers a unique perspective of Malaysia's incredible biodiversity.
Choose Between Canopy Walk or Bukit Teresek
During weekends and school holidays, Canopy Walk tickets are in high demand.
Guests may choose either:
✔ Canopy Walk Seberang Ara
or
✔ Bukit Teresek Hiking
If the Canopy Walk is unavailable due to weather, safety reasons or ticket limitations, it will be replaced with the Bukit Teresek hike.
Important Information About the Canopy Walk
Before entering the Canopy Walk:
Children under 7 years old are not permitted
All participants must complete an Indemnity Form / Health Declaration
Maximum 350 visitors per day
Tickets are sold only on the actual visiting date at the National Park Office
Closed every Friday for maintenance
Subject to weather and safety conditions
